WE BUY JUNK CARS
This is the message on the sign at "Fred's Towing" in Alton, IL on the Corner of Washington and Salu. I think there is a parallel between the sign and the message of Christ. Christ redeems junked lives.
No matter how much I may believe my life is junk or I have messed up my life with my mistakes, God sees SO MUCH value in my life AND YOURS, that He sent His Son to die for all of our mistakes, bad decisions, and misplaced priorities.
Romans 5.6-8 "You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteousman, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

Good analogy. Christ is our light.
Good to see you can find spirituality in the most simple of things. I guess it's tough to find God with all the "white noise" around us.
You're spot on!
For me, it reminds me of this. Even though it's a junk car. And that it doesn't work at all. And the body is rusted out. And the wheels have fallen off.
... "Fred's Towing" is there for all. It doesn't matter what shape it's in.
He loves *all* cars.
